Tested, documented performance
Public procurement does not accept assumed performance. The façade’s air, water and wind performance is verified by ASTM and AAMA testing on the installed wall and documented to a performance class, so the institution holds an auditable record of what was built rather than a brochure claim.

Civic buildings combine glazed and solid elevations, and the right system is chosen elevation by elevation — stick, unitised, structural glazing or ventilated rainscreen — against real height, access and exposure, never one system sold to the whole building.
