On a corporate tower in Ridge, programme speed decided the system: unitised curtain wall, prefabricated as storey-height modules and lifted into place floor by floor. Facade Ghana coordinated craneage windows on a constrained urban site and verified the inter-module gaskets — the joints the system lives or dies by — as each floor closed.
The building owner’s facilities team received a documented envelope: module schedules, gasket verification records and the wind-load basis of design, filed at handover rather than promised after it.
