An envelope built for a thirty-year balance sheet
A financial institution commissioned Facade Ghana to deliver the ventilated-rainscreen envelope on its Airport City headquarters. The cavity, drainage and bracketry were engineered for Atlantic-driven rain and harmattan dust, and every fixing zone was inspected and recorded before the outer skin closed it in.
Because the client’s premises team answers to facility audits, the documentation was treated as part of the works: substrate records, stage sign-offs and the final acceptance file were handed over complete, not reconstructed afterwards.
